Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as a team leader of shared-service centre in managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations for the Group
  • Ensure finance operation is running in an effective and efficient manner
  • Monitoring day-to-day AR & AP processes
  • Maintain effective internal control over finance operations and address any control issues on a timely manner
  • Manage month-end financial closing process of all group companies and review financial statements and management reports
  • Review tax computations and returns
  • Liaise with auditors on fee quote, audit issues etc.
  • Assist in finance operations transformation projects including payment automation project, system design, enhancement, integration, implementation and UAT
  • Monitor bank payment and e-banking transfer etc.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders including banker, inter-departments, and service providers
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or related discipline
  • Qualified in HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent a must
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant working experience from Big 4 or sizeable organization
  • Solid working experience in finance operation and accounting function
  • Proven ability in project delivery
  • Solid experience in property investment and leasing business is a definite advantage

  • Proficient in various accounting software e.g. FLEX Accounting, FION, SUN, SAP, Oracle or other ERP experience is preferred
  • Experience in payment automation project an advantage
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

Senior Accounting Officer (Property-focus)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full set of financial books and records for entities engaged mainly in property business including property investment, management, leasing and development, and other investment businesses
  • Assist in Financial and Management Reporting
  • Issue debit notes for leasing companies accurately and timely
  • Liaise with vendors and/or relevant business units regarding payments and expense claims
  • Review tax computation for assigned companies
  • Involve in group budget preparation for assigned companies
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Accounting with LCCI Higher/AAT or above
  • Student member of professional qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
  • Solid experience in property investment and leasing business is highly regarded
