{"id":3166,"date":"2026-06-29T18:10:40","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T10:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.petersonhk.com\/opportunities\/project-management\/"},"modified":"2026-06-29T18:23:43","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T10:23:43","slug":"project-management","status":"publish","type":"opportunities","link":"https:\/\/www.petersonhk.com\/tc\/opportunities\/project-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the Deputy Director of the Project Management team to supervise and manage property development projects of the Group from its inception to execution<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordination, implementation, tender review, execution, control and completion of the projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for overall project management of the Group\u2019s property development projects including monitoring of contractors\u2019 and consultants\u2019 work performance<\/li>\n<li>End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of project planning, design, implementation, quality, cost control, and final delivery of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Manage projects with consultants, authorities, contractors, and vendors to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management<\/li>\n<li>Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal departments<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical advice on regulations and requirements of the projects<\/li>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operation and management of the group\u2019s mixed properties<\/li>\n<li>Oversee repair and maintenance of the group\u2019s properties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree holder in Architecture\/Surveying\/Engineering\/Construction Management or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Possess recognized qualifications of Member of RIBA, HKIA, HKIS, RICS, HKIE or equivalent is preferred<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years working experience in project management or minimum 4 years post professional qualification experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling residential, commercial, and renovation projects<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with property development from the conceptual stage to the completion stage<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of related ordinances, statutory procedures, and professional practices<\/li>\n<li>Strong building services background will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working on the owner side or with property developer would be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, organized and detail-minded with strong communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and project management skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management and the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Strong business sense and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CAD drawing is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus<\/li>\n<li>Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer an attractive compensation package, bank holidays, medical benefits, and paid examination leave to the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates please send your detailed resume with your present and expected salary to <a href=\"mailto:recruit@petersonhk.com\">recruit@petersonhk.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Employment application data held by the Group will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
