{"id":3163,"date":"2026-06-29T18:07:56","date_gmt":"2026-06-29T10:07:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.petersonhk.com\/opportunities\/asset-manager-2\/"},"modified":"2026-06-29T18:08:17","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T10:08:17","slug":"asset-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"opportunities","link":"https:\/\/www.petersonhk.com\/tc\/opportunities\/asset-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Asset Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for leasing activities including but not limited to formulating leasing strategies, financial performance analysis of each property<\/li>\n<li>Lead junior members to negotiate\/co-ordinate\/liaise with prospects\/ tenants \/agents\/ business partners\/consultants\/government bodies<\/li>\n<li>Oversee property management and marketing of HK properties<\/li>\n<li>Build-up\/maintain close relationship among business partners\/ tenants\/ agencies<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports including year plan, rental collection, sales and property management and any related reports<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market analysis and regular review of asset performance<\/li>\n<li>Formulation of asset management strategy including letting plan, marketing plan, property management plan and maintenance plan<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of leasing management reports and regular analysis report<\/li>\n<li>Monitor tenants\u2019 rental payment and overall business performance<\/li>\n<li>Work with other teams\/inter-departments\/ third-party management companies to efficiently resolve and handle related tenancy matters such as enhancement work and marketing plan, etc<\/li>\n<li>Participate and complete various ad-hoc assignments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree holder in real estate\/surveying\/business or related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 8 years relevant experience in real estate industry working as landlords or developers<\/li>\n<li>Holder of estate agent licence is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience in leasing, preferably in managing mixed portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and customer-orientated with strong and effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently with good organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Good supervisory skills to lead and motivate team members<\/li>\n<li>Positive mindset with good working attitude<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on PC knowledge including Powerpoint, Word and Excel<\/li>\n<li>Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Asset Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer an attractive compensation package, bank holidays, medical benefits, and paid examination leave to the right candidate.<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates please send your detailed resume with your present and expected salary to <a href=\"mailto:recruit@petersonhk.com\">recruit@petersonhk.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Employment application data held by the Group will be treated in strict confidence and used only for recruitment purposes.
