{"id":3124,"date":"2026-04-14T16:07:20","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T08:07:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.petersonhk.com\/opportunities\/manager-company-secretary\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T16:43:12","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T08:43:12","slug":"manager-company-secretary","status":"publish","type":"opportunities","link":"https:\/\/www.petersonhk.com\/tc\/opportunities\/manager-company-secretary\/","title":{"rendered":"Manager, Company Secretary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the Company&#8217;s reporting and compliance requirements, corporate governance and other general compliance obligations under the relevant applicable laws.<\/li>\n<li>Provides full spectrum of company secretarial support including setting up of companies and preparation of statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions<\/li>\n<li>Prepare company secretarial documentation such as board minutes\/ resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory filings and compliance and update and maintain corporate records in timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Support Management team in organization structure restructuring and holding structure streamlining<\/li>\n<li>Review subordinate&#8217;s company secretarial duties<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Management<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the settlement of annual license fees and economic substance reporting\/filing of BVI companies<\/li>\n<li>Oversee, maintain the Co Sec software i.e. CSA system and coordinate the system updates<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and keep internally the identification documents and latest address proof of directors and bank authorized signatories for KYC \/ FATCA\/compliance use, from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Keep abreast of latest development of corporate regulatory rules in Hong Kong and overseas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree holder or above in Corporate Administration or Corporate Governance or related disciplines<\/li>\n<li>Member of ICSA \/ HKICS \/ HKCGI<\/li>\n<li>At least 7 years post-qualification working experience in professional firms or responsible secretarial matters independently in sizable organization with multi-jurisdiction operation outside Hong Kong\/China.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in investment holding structure streamline and reorganization is a must<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a listed companies is preferred.
