Responsibilities
- Support the Deputy Director of the Project Management team to supervise and manage property development projects of the Group from its inception to execution
- Responsible for coordination, implementation, tender review, execution, control and completion of the projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Responsible for overall project management of the Group’s property development projects including monitoring of contractors’ and consultants’ work performance
- End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of project planning, design, implementation, quality, cost control, and final delivery of projects.
- Manage projects with consultants, authorities, contractors, and vendors to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management
- Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors, and internal departments
- Provide technical advice on regulations and requirements of the projects
- Manage day-to-day operation and management of the group’s mixed properties
- Oversee repair and maintenance of the group’s properties
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Architecture/Surveying/Engineering/Construction Management or related discipline
- Possess recognized qualifications of Member of RIBA, HKIA, HKIS, RICS, HKIE or equivalent is preferred
- At least 10 years working experience in project management or minimum 4 years post professional qualification experience
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, and renovation projects
- Familiar with property development from the conceptual stage to the completion stage
- Good knowledge of related ordinances, statutory procedures, and professional practices
- Strong building services background will be an advantage
- Previous experience working on the owner side or with property developer would be an advantage
- Proactive, organized and detail-minded with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
- Mature, self-driven, flexible with strong client management and the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
- Strong business sense and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude and flexibility
- Excellent team player
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in CAD drawing is an advantage
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
