Located in the Manchester City Centre, the Great Northern is a Grade II* listed Victorian warehouse that spans an area of 270,000 sq. ft. . The project has been approved to deliver a thriving, heritage-led, and innovative neighborhood that connects talent pools from across Manchester.

In February 2023, the redevelopment of the property received approval from Manchester City Council, and it is currently being developed by the Group in partnership with UK specialist developer Trilogy, alongside an award-winning design team.

The project aims to create 1.5 million sq. ft. of office, leisure, retail, and residential properties, complemented by high-quality green spaces that enhance public access and connections to the city center.
