Strengthening Social Impact Through Education

As part of our ongoing commitment to youth development and education, Peterson Foundation proudly supported the REACT™ Workshop, a full‑day experiential learning programme designed to equip students with confidence and leadership skills beyond textbooks.

On 26 March 2026, Yvette Kong, Founder & CEO of Arelyx and former Olympian, led her team into Lok Sin Tong Wong Chung Ming Secondary School, engaging 33 Form 4 students through the REACT™ framework: Resilience · Ethical Innovation · Actualisation · Communicative Power · Transversality™.

With no standard answers and no right or wrong, students were encouraged to learn through reflection, dialogue, visual thinking, and creative expression, allowing diverse perspectives and individual voices to emerge.

Watching students shift from quiet and cautious to open, expressive, and energized was truly inspiring. They weren’t just learning concepts; they were also empowered to listen to themselves, reflect on their strengths, and set personal goals.

We believe empowering young people with the right mindset today helps shape thoughtful, responsible leaders of tomorrow.
