Responsibilities
- Handling full spectrum of HR related functions
- Managing recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates
- Managing employee relations, providing support in conflict resolutions and facilitating communication across departments
- Enhancing employee engagement through training programs, performance management and career development initiatives
- Ensuring effective onboarding processes and administering benefits
- Assisting in promoting the group’s initiatives in cultivating a corporate culture
- Assisting in annual budget preparation and ensuring timely submission
- Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of organizational/departmental charts and alignment with business changes
- Maintaining data accuracy across HR systems
- Handling ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of labour law and HR best practices

Technical Skills
- Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
