AI 5000 – Work In Progress – Your Story Isn’t Written Yet
Since August 2025, the Peterson Foundation has been proud to support the AI5000 initiative—partnering with Preface, the Melo Foundation, and leading CEOs to deliver high-quality AI training to 5,000 secondary school students across 50 schools in Hong Kong. We believe AI skills matter—but in a world moving this fast, who you become matters even more.
On 17 January, our CEO Mr. Tony Yeung visited Sheng Kung Hui Tang Shiu Kin Secondary School to share a deeply personal talk titled: “WORK IN PROGRESS (My Life Is Still Being Written)”.
Rooted in Peterson Group’s four core values, the message was simple: when answers can be generated in seconds, the real differentiator is still human.
- Entrepreneurship: AI can speed up work, but it can’t decide what you want to build.
- Relationships: Networks aren’t numbers—AI can’t build trust for you.
- Integrity: In a world where truth can be blurred, character is the clearest signal.
- Gratitude: It changes how you see the world—and how the world sees you.
The AI wave is real, and so are the challenges. But to go further—not just faster—we must hold on to what technology can’t replace: values, empathy, and the courage to make honest choices.
At Peterson, we believe the future belongs to those who learn AI—and lead with humanity. Our story is still being written.
