The Peterson Foundation pledges HK$3,000,000 to the government’s official “Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po.”

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the tragic Tai Po fire. At Peterson, we extend our deepest condolences to the families who have lost loved ones, and our sincere appreciation to the firefighters, healthcare teams, and volunteers who have supported the community with extraordinary dedication.

As a Hong Kong based family, we are committed to doing our part to support the city’s recovery. The Peterson Foundation has pledged HKD 3 million toward longer-term relief and rebuilding efforts, while our Mondrian Hong Kong hotel has provided temporary accommodation for displaced residents as part of the initial response.

We will continue to work closely with the government, NGOs, foundations, and community partners to ensure that our resources help fill critical gaps where support is most needed.

We are moved by how quickly and compassionately the city has come together. Hong Kong is an extraordinary place, and our collective strength gives us great hope for the road ahead.
